They were very courteous and helpful doing an evaluation on a used car that I had recently purchased. I would use them again.

We were on a road trip from Seattle to the coast, and our driveline gradually developed serious vibrations along the highway. Eventually the transmission service warning light appeared, and we knew we were stuck! Even though it was near closing time, Amanda answered my desperate call and said it would be no problem to wait for our tow truck to drop off our car. Carlos completed a thorough inspection on Saturday, and identified the problem. Solved that, and also completed some other thoughtful adjustments. On Monday (on our way back through with our rental car), they took the time to explain all the findings and corrections. They were also very sweet with our very curious young kids, curious about what else was on the lifts in the shop.. Fantastic service from a wonderful family run business. I have worked with Carlos, Amanda and Victor before at Olympic Transmissions and Auto Care. First and foremost, they are true professionals, treat you like family and really listen to your needs and repair what is necessary. You never feel like you have been taken advantage of by them, you are always welcome to share any concerns, and leave their shop knowing that the job was done correctly and properly. I took my car in about a month and a half ago for a blown alternator, I didn't have an appointment but I was able to be seen almost right away. Carlos was very transparent and showed me everything that was wrong with the car and what needed to be done. Everybody I spoke with there was very kind, professional, and personal. I did not have a way home and he even offered me a ride! He knew that I was missing work because of my problem and he was able to get my car fixed the same day and I was able to go into work and make up the time and money I had lost that day. It was very refreshing to receive that kind of treatment from a stranger who acted in a way a caring family member does. The workmanship coupled with the hospitality reminded me of the good people out there who put in a hard days work and want to do the right thing. My car is still running great and I haven't had any issues since! If (and when) I need services done in the future, I know exactly where to go. Thank you!

Greatest customer service I have ever experienced from an auto shop! We continue to come back for maintenance and are thrilled at how quickly the turn around is. Overall the best shop I have ever had the privilege to take our vehicles to.

Very nice and neat shop

I would like to thank Carlos and his crew for ensuring i was happy with the work done on my vehicle. They replaced my transmission initially and it wasn't quite right so I brought it back in and they changed my transmission again without hesitation. Now it runs perfectly and with no additional charge. I would recommend Olympic auto care to anyone looking for perfessional transmission repair and service.
