My transmission stopped working and I contacted a number of shops in the area and none of them could get my vehicle in for an inspection/assessment for 4-6 weeks. I contacted Olympic Transmissions based upon their on-line reviews and had a great conversation with Carlos and he told me to bring my truck by. I was anticipating not having my truck for weeks but Carlos and his staff were able to locate a new transmission and had it installed in 2 days. What was going to be a possible 6 week delay in my being able to get to California turned into a ZERO delay. Even better, my truck was fixed and back on the road in TWO days! Even better, while they had my truck they also notified me that I needed a tune-up and they did that too. My truck is running the best it ever has since I bought it brand new in 2016!
