I was raised by a mechanic and i am very picky on who works on my cars. I sleep and drive with confidence well knowing that carlos and his fantastic team has worked on my cars. I have a 99 expedition with the 5.4 V-8. the plugs are netories to snap off in the head. when I talked to carlos about that he said. "Karl I am a ASE certified mechanic I should not snap any off and if I do I do not feel I should charge you for my mistake" SOLD! i said. that is integrity all day long.

I found this company thru a neighbor and friend. I have had my 99 expedition worked on there and my 01 mustang GT. we have had issues with a warranty company and they have NOT left us hanging in the wind. they have gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us and be the kind people they are. these are salt of the earth people. you need a HONEST mechanic go see them. these guys really feel and stand by the belief the customer come first and with out them these is no them. that kind of belief and mission has been lost with so many company and it is refreshing to find it again. I met Carlos about 3 years ago. It was December and we were having below freezing temperatures, and rain/snow mix was coming down late in the afternoon. My windshield wipers were not spraying cleaner, so it just smeared mud all over my windshield. I had to stop several times and clean it by sraying glass cleaner on the windshield. It was late afternoon and I stopped at about 4 machine shops and asked if someone could take a look at it. I received a do it yourself attitude everywhere, being told "if you check this, or do that". If I wanted to do it myself, I would have tried to do it, but I'm here trying to pay you, a so called professional to look at it and see whats wrong. Then came Olympic Transmission. It was a little after 5 P.M. and Carlos was actually closed, but he greeted me with a smile, and Respect, and shook my hand. He came out and took a look at my truck, and told me what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. Finally, someone who didn't blow me off, talk to me like I was ignorant, and someone who actually cared enough about my safety, even though he didn't know me, to look at my truck. Anyway, Carlos got me in first thing the next morning, and problem solved. All my cars now go to Carlos and nobody else, whether its a problem with something, it just needs maintenance or an oil change. I trust Carlos and his professionalism. In a way, you can say I'm trusting him with my life and the lives of my family. My son now drives, and yep, I've already taken him to meet Carlos. Carlos and his crew are great. Professionals, courteous and respectul 100% of the time. Always great you with a smile, and the work is second to none. First Class!! Olympic Transmissions & Auto will always be my go to Mechanic(s)... Keep up the great work.

Hard to beat this shop, friendly people and good work at fair prices. Can't ask for more. I would recommend this company 100%. They fixed my transmission for a few hundred dollars and I was glad to pay it. They took me home, picked me up and the cookies were a wonderful touch. Its rare to find excellence like this anymore in any business, I will use them again.

If your looking for a place that does it right the first time, with exceptional craftsmanship and skill, I would look no further. Mark Maez and his crew do phenomonal work. I took my car in to get the timing belt and water pump replaced for my car on a Tuesday afternoon scheduled to get it back Wednesday afternoon. However, due to a rare unfrotunate circumstance, the shop needed to finish up with a vehicle sooner than anticipated and had to put my vehicle on hold (it was finished on Thursday afternoon instead). The shop felt felt bad about not finishing the job when expected, went ahead and replaced my alternator (which needed replacement soon), air conditioner belt, my power steering, changed my oil, and washed my car all for free! Now thats Service!! As long as I'm within a few hours of this shop (I live in Seattle), I will take my car to this place!

Olympic Transmissions is by far the best place I have ever taken my cars and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic who does excellent work. I found the place in a pinch when my power steering went out on I-5 and ever since I have taken my cars there for any and all reasons because of the great work they do and the culture of integrity in this family owned business.
