My transmission stopped working and I contacted a number of shops in the area and none of them could get my vehicle in for an inspection/assessment for 4-6 weeks. I contacted Olympic Transmissions based upon their on-line reviews and had a great conversation with Carlos and he told me to bring my truck by. I was anticipating not having my truck for weeks but Carlos and his staff were able to locate a new transmission and had it installed in 2 days. What was going to be a possible 6 week delay in my being able to get to California turned into a ZERO delay. Even better, my truck was fixed and back on the road in TWO days! I'm now able to get on the road and see my family. Thank you Carlos and everyone at Olympic Transmissions & Auto Care! Even better, while they had my truck they also notified me that I needed a tune-up and they did that too. My truck is running the best it ever has since I bought it brand new in 2016!

Fast, polite and friendly service. My appointment was the day after I asked, and my car was fixed the day after that. So much better than many places I've contacted in the past, which wanted two weeks or more even if it was something minor! I opted not to get all the repairs suggested done immediately, and wasn't pressured to do so, also unlike other places I've been. I appreciate this type of respect, and have already decided to make this my permanent shop. The previous one I went to had gone out of business, and was not as courteous as Olympic Transmissions and Auto Care.
