Very nice people and I trust they did a good job on my car. Transparency was both good and bad. The $150 inspection fee would be nice to know when making an appointment lol. I appreciated that nothing was serviced without my consent. Of course, at the end of the day, knowing ahead of time that I’d have to spend a whole paycheck in one day doesn’t make it hurt any less. Just over $1500 quoted for the inspection, front brake pad + rotor + caliper replacement, and a brake fluid wash. I had a coupon (also had to remind them a couple of times to apply that) so total spend was $1463.15 . Ouch 😭. The cookies helped a bit. (But for anyone wondering, I got a quote from Ford as well- for the same services it’d be closer to $1200, so maybe save a few hundred bucks there 💀)
Chantel, thank you for your review. We really appreciate the feedback. The coupon was to be presented in advance. I’m glad we were able to get it applied for you without the coupon. 😊 Also, if you didn’t know about the inspection fee, we would love to have you stop by the shop on Monday for a reimbursement of the fee. (It is listed on the sign in form when checking in.) We love serving our community and providing excellent service. Customer satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. It is our pleasure to serve you! 😊
